I’m Max Hartwig, a DJ and music marketeer from Utrecht (NL).

JANUARY started january 12, 2023 with me pressing record while playing around on my dj set. no concept or audience in mind, just having fun. the end result sounds something like a radio-show. a collection of my favorite songs at that moment, sequenced and blended together.

I wanted to release the audio but i was tired of the basic “soundcloud link in bio” way of promoting a mix I wanted to expiriment a bit; To challenge myself and to inspire other dj’s and artists to be innovative. Im also working to add an audiovisual experience to the project, but that’s gonna take some time...

I hope to introduce some good music to the people that are willing to spend their precious time listening to me. And yeah, I like really like to DJ so i hope that some of the event promotors listening to JANUARY like my song selection and book me to play at their events. And as I said before, other creatives, just trying to show you whats possible with fairly easily accessible technology. i’m not trying to stunt on you, Please steal my ideas. You can create something like this too. Better even. Just find the right people to help you out
